Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the Service Provider
Secure pets and provide any necessary instructions to ensure the safety of Service Provider’s personnel
Notify the Service Provider of any hazards or restrictions on the property (e.g., locked gates, aggressive animals)
Maintain the yard in a condition that allows for efficient pet waste removal.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date specified above and shall continue until terminated by either party.
Either payment may terminate this Agreement by providing at least two weeks’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
Inclement Weather and Rescheduling
In the event of inclement weather or other conditions that provide safe service (e.g., snow, ice, flooding), the Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule. The Service Provider will notify the Client as soon as possible to arrange for an alternate service date.
Liability and Indemnity
The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care while performing the Services but shall not be liable for any damage to the Client’s property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the performance of the Services, except for those resulting from the Service Provider’s gross negligence.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Services and may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
